Learn Something New Everyday
Yesterday was the start of 'Learn Something New Everyday' class over on Shimelle.com and only yesterday I decided to give it a go.....(this is the point where my Sister picks up the phone and says "you never told me you were doing that"!)
I haven't done my front cover yet, that will have to wait until the weekend, but here's my first page/tag........
I love Hydrangeas and I remember a long time ago reading somewhere that you could dry them. So I went on the internet to find out what I had to do and then went and cut a few from my garden and followed the instructions..........So that's what I learned yesterday!!!!
You are generally a day behind and today so far I've learned that if I want to complete this class I need to be ultra organised.......so that's going to be my Tag for tomorrow!
Its not to late to join in, so go and have a look on Shimelle's blog to find out what its all about.
Thanks for stopping by.......xx

Yeah I am so glad you are doing the class. I want to learn your lesson too!
I love your tag and look forward to seeing them all together.
I am not sure I will make it to 30 either!!

What a beautiful tag! I love the idea of drying hygrengeas and using them in art projects. So far I've only used lavender and poppy seed heads.
Love the way you've done your tag.
Nice tag!! Bit hectic here. Will catch up with you tomorrow.
Love Sis xox
This tag is gorgeous. We've had such a hot, dry summer I've had no flowers. Of course, I've never had a hydrangea bush, so I am totally impressed with how well these dried.
I also stopped by to tell you I have chosen you to be my blog pick of the day on Wednesday for WOYWW. You are always so sweet and visit every week. I thought that was the best way I could say thanks for supporting an "outsider." And of course, I find inspiration in your art, too.
Love your tag - great colours
