WOYWW

This is my 3rd week and I was very nervous about joining in and now..... I'm and addict I can't wait for Wednesday's to come around especially after all the lovely comments I've had....Thank you very very much!!!

ok down to business - Last week Kaz said she thought she'd spotted a "hill" through my craft room window. Well as I live in Wales it's quite easy to spot a "hill" or two and we generally call them mountains!!!!!! so here is the view from my window especially for Kaz (by the way the daffodils are in a vase on my windowsill not in the garden!!!)

Well the tidy fairy has left me and you messy crafters out there will be pleased to know my desk is back to normal this week!!

Clock in progress...... This is a piece of mount board covered in Ferro and stamped into with Paper Artsy and Hero Arts stamps. I painted it with kaiser paint and DI's. Not really happy with the colours yet...needs a bit more work!!!!!
and eventually it will be attached to this......not sure how yet!!! This is an IKEA mirror (with the mirror removed) covered with patterned paper and stamped using DI's. The butterfly in the top corner is metal and a cuttlebug die and I've got a few more bits and bobs to add to it and hopefully you will see the finished piece very soon....fingers crossed!!

I'm hoping to enter this into "The Sunday Stampers Challenge"(link on the side of my blog) lots of lovely stash to be won as she's celebrating her 100th weekly challenge so pop over to Hels Sheridans blog and give it a go.

Working again this week so I'll be around this evening to check out what everyone's up to!!!

Happy Snooping!!!

P.S if you arrived here by chance click on the WOYWW link and hop over to the "Queen of Wednesday's Blog....Julia to her friends" and find out what everyone has been up to. xxx

Fascinating to see what you're up to - aren't those Ikea mirrors perfect for altering? Don't think the desk really qualifies as messy, more as relatively tidy work in progress ...

Nice clock! - which wall is it going on? The new one in my craft room (not as pretty!) goes backwards - so the more time I spend in there, the more time I save...

I love your view, I dont think I would get anything done with a view like that. All I can see is a brick wall.

Thank you so much for visiting my 1st WOYWW post. I am not too far away, in South Glos/North Bristol and with a son living & working in Haverfordwest.

Your altered clock is inspirational - puts the point into altered art for me - thank you for that, Andrea.
